Montana awaits... And so do we...
Under Montana skies, we’re throwing the kind of party that demands your presence - ranch houses, rustic charm, modern comfort, and just enough chaos. We love you (which is exactly why you don’t get a choice), so plan on celebrating side by side with us all weekend.
You made the cut. Details below - agenda, activities, lodging, the works.

Agenda
Friday Evening - Welcome Gathering - 7:00pm
Drop your bags, channel your inner cowboy, and raise a glass - this is your warm-up lap before the real festivities.
Saturday - The Wedding - 6:00pm
This is it - the heart of the weekend. We’ll handle the mushy vows, you handle the clapping, and then it’s all about Montana views, victory drinks, and dance moves destined for the group chat.
Sunday — Farewell Brunch - 10:00am
One last get-together: brunch with hugs, caffeine, and enough bubbly to make saying goodbye a little easier
Activities
Between the festivities, you’ll have downtime to nap, sip something strong, or pretend you’re an outdoorsy person with ranch activities.
At the Ranch
- Horseback riding
- Shooting sports
- Fishing
- ATV Excursions
- White water rafting
- Hiking
Ranch activities need to be reserved 6 weeks in advance - so if your plan was to roll in and ‘see what happens,’ congratulations, you played yourself. And yes, we know half of you will ignore this and ask anyway… the answer will still be no.

What to Wear
Most festivities are outdoors - so yes, it’ll be hot, then cold, then hot again. Daytime highs in the 80s, evenings dropping into the 50s. Oh, and the ground? Let’s just say it’s ‘authentically rustic.’ Pack layers and maybe save the stilettos for another occasion.
- Friday Welcome Gathering: Casual ranch-chic (boots / cowboy hats welcome!)
- Saturday Wedding: Dressier Ranch-chic (boots / cowboy hats preferred!)
- Sunday Farewell Brunch: Relaxed & comfortable... yep, still boots / cowboy hats
Transportation
- Fly into Great Falls(GTF) or Bozeman(BZN) - Montana doesn’t do Uber from Florida.
- Rent a car. Montana’s big. Ranch houses are spread out. You’ll thank us.

Lodging
On-site
Most guests will stay together in large ranch houses for a true Montana experience - cozy, comfortable, and steps from the festivities.Ranch house assignments are done - think of it as a reality show casting decision powered by our very scientific algorithm (karaoke skills, snack habits, and bathroom patience). Each ranch house is a little different and we’ve paired you with people you know and we "think" you like… all you have to do is call the ranch to reserve your room. Don’t worry - it’ll be fine… probably.
To find out your house, the pricing and other details, please contact:
Julie Houghton | 406.800.0601 | concierge@ranchesatbeltcreek.com
The Ranch is holding these houses for us until NOVEMBER 1, so please reserve your room before then.
Off-site (Great Falls, MT)
